Operating Instructions
1. Park & Level
Park on flat ground
Use leveling blocks if needed
Chock wheels
2. Stabilize Trailer
Lower stabilizer jacks (DO NOT lift trailer)
3. Connect Power
Plug into shore power (30 amp)
Turn breaker ON
4. Connect Water (if available)
Use freshwater hose
Turn on slowly
5. Turn On Systems
Fridge → ON
Water heater → ON (if needed)
AC/heat → as needed
6. Quick Check
Lights working
Water flowing
No leaks
Fresh Water Tank
• Filled before your trip (if selected)
• Used when NOT connected to city water
Using Water
• Turn on water pump when using tank
• Turn OFF when not in use
City Water Connection
• Connect hose to “City Water”
• DO NOT turn pump on when connected
Starting
1. Turn fuel valve ON
2. Turn choke ON
3. Pull start
4. Let warm up 2 minutes
5. Plug trailer in
Stopping
1. Unplug trailer
2. Turn off generator
⚠️ Never run generator inside or near windows
What uses propane:
• Stove
• Oven
• Water heater (optional mode)
• Furnace
Stove Use
• Turn knob → click ignite
• Or use lighter if needed
Toilet (VERY IMPORTANT)
ONLY flush:
• RV safe toilet paper
• Waste
🚫 NO wipes, paper towels, etc.
How to Use
1. Open valve (foot pedal)
2. Flush
3. Add a little water after each use
• Takes ~10–15 minutes to heat
• Turn OFF when not needed
Thermostat
• HOLD power button to turn on
• Press power button to cycle modes
• Use arrows to raise or lower desired temp
AC
• Requires shore power or generator
• Set Thermostat
Heater (Furnace)
• Uses propane
• Set thermostat
• Fan noise is normal
Heater (Fireplace)
• Uses electricity
• Operate via remote or buttons on top of fireplace
Default Layout
• Dinette set up
• Bunk bed raised all the way up
Converting Couches Into Bed:
1. Remove dinette table
2. Raise couches using bed lift lift control button until you can comfortably access the support legs
3. Pull couch backs inward until flat
4. Extend all support legs
Lowering Bunk Bed:
1. Raise couch backs to allow you to access all four posts
2. Flip gold levers on all four posts to the HORIZONTAL position (there is a diagram on the left post that explains)
3. Fold couch backs inward until flat (bed mode)
4. Raise couches using lift control button until you hear it engage with the bunk bed
5. Lower couches and bunk bed simultaneously slightly
6. Extend support legs
7. Lower all the way down
Rasing the Bunk Bed to Allow Couches to be Lowered Without Bunk Bed:
1. Start with couches folded flat into bed mode
2. Flip gold levers on all four posts to the VERTICAL position
3. Raise couches using lift control button until the bunk bed is all the way up to the ceiling
4. Lower couches all the way back down
To Open
• Hold extend button
• Stop before fully tight
• Tighten both awning bracing knobs
To Close
• Loosen both awning bracing knobs
• Retract fully
⚠️ ALWAYS close if windy or leaving site
Black Tank (toilet)
Gray Tank (sink/shower)
If YOU handle dumping:
1. Connect sewer hose
2. Dump BLACK first
3. Then GRAY (cleans hose)
• Fire extinguisher inside
• Smoke & CO detectors installed
• Emergency exit windows available
No power?
• Check breaker
• Check plug connection
No water?
• Pump ON?
• Tank empty?
AC not working?
• Needs shore power or generator
Before Leaving:
• Turn everything OFF
• Close awning
• Empty trash
• Close ceiling vents
• Secure doors
Hitching:
1. Raise all four stabilizers completely
2. Raise tongue until coupler is higher than hitch ball
3. Back vehicle until hitch ball is positioned under coupler
4. Unlock coupler lever
5. Lower coupler onto hitch ball
6. Close coupler lever and insert pin
7. Insert distribution bars into distribution hitch and secure with pins
8. Raise tongue jack until distribution bars fit into brackets
9. Lower tongue until there is no more weight on tongue jack block
10. Plug in 7-pin connector and secure safety chains
11. Remove wheel chocks
12. Test brake lights and turn signals
13. Drive forward until leveling blocks are able to be removed
14. Secure all leveling equipment in the leveling kit bag
15. Drive away
